AN ACT relating to local school district employee flexible spending accounts.
     Amend KRS 18A.225, regarding state employee health insurance coverage and flexible spending account funds, to provide that local school district employee excess flexible spending account funds shall not lapse to the state health insurance plan's appropriation account if the designated local officials enter into a written agreement on how the funds are to be expended on behalf of the local school district employees.
