AN ACT relating to the small claims division of the District Court.
Amend KRS 24A.230 to increase the jurisdictional limit of the small claims division of the District Court from $1,500 to $2,500.
HB 365 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend to include jurisdictional limit to counterclaims.
HFA (1, B. Colter) - Retain original provisions, add amendment of KRS 24A.250 relating to the number of claims a merchant may file in small claims division of district court from 25 to 35 per year.
