AN ACT relating to reorganization of the Department for Technical Education.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 151B to establish a Kentucky Technical Education Personnel Board to conduct personnel appeals for KRS Chapter 151B employees; amend sections of KRS Chapter 151B to eliminate references to the State Board for Adult and Technical Education and to reassign duties and functions of the state board to the commissioner for the Department for Technical Education; amend KRS 165A.310 and 165A.340 to move the State Board for Proprietary Education from the Cabinet for Workforce Development to the Finance and Administration Cabinet and make changes to conform; amend KRS 11A.010 and 12.020 to conform; confirm Executive Order 2001-796.
