AN ACT proposing to create a new section of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to property taxes.
Propose to create a new section of the Constitution to limit to 4% each year the increase in the assessed value of real property that is maintained as the permanent residence of the owner who is at least 65 years of age but less than 70 years of age and to provide that the assessed value of real property shall not increase if maintained as the permanent residence of the owner who is at least 70 years of age.
