AN ACT relating to elections in cities whose boundaries extend beyond a single county.
Amend KRS 83A.047 to provide that, in the case of a candidate voted for by the electors of a city whose boundaries extend beyond those of a single county, each county clerk shall certify the vote totals for that candidate to the clerk of the other county into which the boundaries of the city extend; amend KRS 118.425 to provide that the county board of elections of the candidate's residence issues a certificate of election where the candidate was voted for by the electors of a city whose boundaries extend beyond those of a single county.
