AN ACT relating to the Court of Justice.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 23A to abolish the position of domestic relations commissioner when a family court is created in the judicial circuit; create a new section of KRS Chapter 24A to abolish the position of domestic relations commissioner when a family court is created in the judicial district.
