AN ACT relating to reorganization.
Confirm Executive Order 2001-609, renaming the Division of Training and ADD Services, the Division of Local Resources.
HB 390 - AMENDMENTS
SCS (1) - Retain original provisions; include the executive order provision that requires the renamed division to be responsible for the programmatic areas assigned to it by the Commissioner of the Department for Local Government.
SCS (2) - Retain the original provisions; confirm Executive Order 2001-1516 that relates to the abolishment of the Interagency Farmland Advisory Committee; repeal KRS 262.875.
SFA (1, G. Neal) - Designate the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage the official center for the celebration of Kentucky's African American heritage.
SFA (2/Title, G. Neal) - Make title amendment.
