AN ACT relating to the Department of Agriculture.
Amend various sections of KRS Chapters 246, 247, 248, 249, 251, 257, 260, and 363 to rename and restructure certain organizational units within the Department of Agriculture; repeal KRS 260.690, relating to the administration of the milk marketing law.
