AN ACT relating to accessible parking registration plates and placards.
Amend KRS 189.459, regarding accessible parking spaces for the disabled to clarify the prohibition against using such spaces without a valid permit; amend KRS 186.990 and 189.990 to classify making a false statement when applying for an accessible parking registration plate or placard a Class B misdemeanor.
HB 413 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, M. Marzian) - Amend Section 3 of the bill to establish a set fee of $250 for illegally parking in a handicapped parking space.
HFA (2, M. Marzian) - Amend Section 3 of the bill to establish a set fee of $100 for illegally parking in a handicapped parking space.
