AN ACT relating to Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf.
     Amend KRS 278.5499 to collect funds for Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf as reasonably necessary and limit the collection to not more than one cent ($.01) per access line per month and delete provision requiring that collections not exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) per year.
