AN ACT relating to records of the Public Service Commission proceedings.
Amend KRS 278.360 to make written transcripts of Public Service Commission proceedings optional; specify that party may request a written transcript at the party's expense.
HB 418 - AMENDMENTS
SFA (1, E. Tori) - Retain original provisions; amend KRS 278.180 to require a utility to give 60 days notice to the Public Service Commission before making a change in a rate; amend KRS 278.190 to require good cause shown before the Public Service Commission may suspend a utility's rate schedule; provide that the Public Service Commission may order a utility to maintain its records in a manner to enable the commission to inspect for the purpose of ordering a refund regardless of whether the commission has ordered a suspension of the rate; make changes to clarify.
