AN ACT relating to agricultural programs.
     Amend KRS 217.570 to set minimum funding levels for the Department of Agriculture programs as follows: the Kentucky Agriculture and Environment in the Classroom program to be not less than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), and a farm chemical and container disposal program to be not less than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000).
