     Confirm Executive Order 2001-1217 by which the Department for Medicaid Services was reorganized and program responsibilities were realigned by renaming certain programs as the Division of Long Term Care, the Division of Medicaid Services for Maternal and Children's Health, and the Division of Financial Management, and creating six new divisions.
