AN ACT relating to emergency protective orders.
     Amend KRS 403.735, relating to emergency protective orders, to eliminate restriction against mutual orders; permit mutual orders; amend KRS 403.740, relating to the issuance of emergency protective orders, to restrain both the adverse party and the petitioner.
