AN ACT relating to retirement.
     Amend KRS 61.621 to allow surviving spouses of members who are killed by a duty-related injury to continue receiving a retirement allowance even if they remarry; amend KRS 16.601 to allow surviving spouses of hazardous duty members who are killed in the line of duty to continue receiving a retirement allowance even if they remarry.
