AN ACT relating to community education.
Amend KRS 160.156 to limit the use of state community education funds to the employment of at least one (1) community education full-time director in each district that receives a grant.
HB 446 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions, except restore existing statutory language relating to the responsibilities of the community education director.
