AN ACT relating to eligibility for high school diplomas.
Amend KRS 158.140 to direct the commissioner of education to award high school diplomas to honorably discharged veterans of World War II who were enrolled in, but did not complete, high school prior to their service in the United States Armed Forces during World War II.
