AN ACT relating to absentee voting.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 117 to provide that any qualified voter in the county may, at any time during normal business hours on at least any of the 14 working days before the election, but not longer than 30 days before the election; require the State Board of Elections to promulgate regulations to implement this provision; amend KRS 117.079 and 116.065 to conform; repeal KRS 117.075, 117.077, 117.085, 117.0851, 117.086, and 117.087.
