AN ACT relating to vehicle emission control.
     Amend KRS 224.20-710, relating to definitions governing vehicle emission testing, to define a vehicle as a car or truck 5 model years and older for the purpose of exempting cars and trucks 4 model years and newer from mandatory vehicle emission testing, regardless of the number of times legal title and registration to the car or truck have been transferred within that 4 year period; amend KRS 77.115, 77.170, 186.290, 224.20-130, 224.20-715, 224.20-720, 224.20-750, 224.20-755, and 224.20-760 to conform.
