AN ACT relating to unsolicited communications.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 367 to regulate the form and manner of unsolicited e-mails and faxes, to provide a civil penalty therefor, and to provide enforcement by the Attorney General, Commonwealth's Attorneys, and county attorneys. Amend KRS 367.46951 to conform.
