AN ACT relating to the taxing authority of emergency services boards.
     Amend KRS 65.670 to provide that emergency services boards may charge no more than 10 cents per $100 of assessed valuation for each special district board that is merged into the emergency services board and clarify that they may charge up to the maximum for each class of property in each district.
