     AN ACT relating to amusement rides and attractions.
     Amend KRS 247.232 to delete the definitions of "carnival" and "fair"; amend KRS 247.234 to require insurance carriers to notify the Commissioner of Agriculture prior to cancellation of policies for permanent and mobile amusement rides or attractions; require seals to be affixed to each piece of amusement ride or attraction equipment; increase the penalty for inspections where safety violations are found from $100 to up to $1,000; amend KRS 247.990 to increase fines for violating amusement ride and attraction provisions to up to $1,000; make technical corrections.
