AN ACT relating to fire protection district board members.
Amend KRS 75.260 to allow a fire protection board to fix salaries of its members on a per meeting basis, not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100) per month.
HB 477 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions; add section to amend KRS 75.031 to specify that of the two (2) firefighter members elected to serve on a fire protection district board one (1) shall be a paid firefighter and one (1) shall be a volunteer firefighter; allow both representatives to be paid firefighters if a volunteer firefighter is unavailable.
