AN ACT relating to the Kentucky State Use Advisory Board.
     Create new sections of KRS 45A to establish the Kentucky State Use Advisory Board and set requirements for its duties, membership, terms, and operating policies; amend KRS 45A.465 to include the definitions of "state use program" and "state use provider"; amend KRS 12.020 to include the Kentucky State Use Advisory Board as an independent agency attached to the Office of the Governor.
