AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 342.120 to create the Division of Workers' Compensation Funds by combining the Divisions of the Special Fund and the Kentucky Coal Workers' Pneumoconiosis Fund and renaming the new division; amend KRS 342.1242 to abolish only the Division of the Kentucky Coal Workers' Pneumoconiosis Fund, but retain the Coal Workers' Pneumoconiosis Fund; amend KRS 342.232 to require the Director of the Workers' Compensation Funds to continue to make quarterly reports of receipts and disbursement by the coal workers' pneumoconiosis fund to the Legislative Research Commission; amend KRS 336.020, 342.265, and 342.320 to conform; confirm Executive Order 2001-1294.
