AN ACT relating to concealed deadly weapon licenses.
     Amend KRS 237.110 to include a peace officer honorably retired from Commonwealth of Kentucky or a Kentucky local government prior to the adoption of a retirement system for that law enforcement agency or by the unit of government in those retired peace officers who are entitled to free concealed deadly weapon license without additional training.
