AN ACT relating to filing releases of liens.
     Amend KRS 355.9-516 and 355.9-707 to specify records which may not be refused by the filing office and to allow amendments which delete collateral to pre-effective-date financing statements to be filed in the office in which the pre-effective-date financing statement was filed.
