AN ACT relating to foster care review.
     Amend KRS 605.090 to require 45, rather than 14, days' prior written notice to the court and to the Citizen Foster Care Review Board Program before a child may be discharged from commitment, and require a copy of a signed court order to be mailed to the program; amend KRS 620.270 to provide that a child who reenters the cabinet's custody will have the same local citizen foster care review board member to review his or her case, and if in a different county, to require the new board to contact the old board member to consult on the case; and amend KRS 620.310 to require the chair and vice chair of the State Citizen Foster Care Review Board to be elected every two years, rather than annually.
