AN ACT relating to student discipline.
Amend KRS 158.150 to permit suspension or expulsion of primary school students after a local school district has followed the procedures outlined in the district's code of behavior and discipline adopted in accordance with KRS 158.148(4) and has complied with the due process requirements outlined in KRS 158.150(4).
HB 502 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions except delete expulsion of a primary school student as a permissible disciplinary action.
