AN ACT relating to postsecondary education.
     Amend KRS 164.746 to increase the amount of compensation for board members of the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority to $100 per day for their services; amend KRS 164A.050 to permit meetings of the Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation board of directors to be conducted by alternate means rather than personal attendance; maintain public access to meetings; and permit board members to receive $100 per day for their services.
