HB 506/LM (BR 363) - T. Feeley, K. Hall
AN ACT relating to historic motor vehicles.
Amend KRS 186A.115 to exempt motor vehicles that are to be registered as a historic motor vehicles from the requirement that the vehicle be inspected prior to titling in this state, including motor vehicles that may be mechanically inoperable, but in no other way meet the definition of a salvage vehicle.
HB 506 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Delete the new language in subsection (1)(f) and add a new subsection (6) to provide that inspections on historic motor vehicles that are brought into Kentucky shall be limited to verification of the vehicle identification number with supporting documentation for purposes of titling.
