AN ACT relating to school employees' sick leave.
     Amend KRS 161.155 to require local boards of education to compensate an estate or beneficiary of a member who contributed to the teachers' retirement system for unused sick leave; amend KRS 78.616 regarding the county retirement system, to add death as a qualifying event for purposes of being compensated for unused sick time; amend KRS 161.623 to conform.
