AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 244.090 to prohibit an alcoholic beverage retail sales licensee from hiring someone under the age of twenty-one unless excepted; amend KRS 244.087 to permit persons eighteen years of age to stock, arrange displays, accept payment for, and sack malt beverages by the package if done so under the supervision off a person who is 21 or older.
