AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 244.085 to prohibit anyone under 21 years of age from remaining on the premises where alcoholic beverages are sold by the drink unless the establishment is licensed as a hotel, motel, restaurant, convention center, convention hotel complex, racetrack, simulcast facility, golf course, private club, distillery, or brewery or winery tour, or unless the establishment operates as a park, fair, church, school, athletic arena, theater, concert hall, grocery store, or discount store; designate that a room or portion thereof or the licensed premises is not considered a restaurant if food is not available in that room or a portion of the room or premises, if dancing, karaoke, live bands, disc jockeys, or regular entertainment is scheduled there, or if a cover charge is imposed.
