AN ACT relating to jurors.
Amend KRS 29A.100 to allow persons 62 and over to elect not to serve as jurors; amend KRS 29A.160 to require employers to continue to pay jurors their usual and customary pay during their time or service, less the amount of juror pay received by the employee from the court; amend KRS 29A.170 to increase juror pay to $25 per day and add a $10 per day lunch allowance.
