AN ACT relating to the siting of cellular communications equipment.
     Amend KRS 100.111, 100.324, 100,987 relating to cell towers to give more local government control over siting; eliminate the requirement that a county must have planning and zoning before asserting jurisdiction over cell tower siting; eliminate the confidentiality of cell tower applications; give local control over co-location of antennas and other wireless telecommunication equipment; require supporting documentation for any assertion that co-location has failed; repeal KRS 278.660 relating to confidentiality of application information.
