AN ACT relating to local industrial development authorities.
Amend KRS 154.50-320 to make the reconveyance of property permissive, to allow the disposal of surplus property, and to allow the exchange of property.
HB 549 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Remove new language from original bill to allow the disposal of surplus property or the exchange of property.
SFA (1, D. Adams) - Retain original provisions; amend KRS 154.22-040 to extend KREDA assistance to companies for a second year, rather than one year, following the year in which the authority decertifies a county.
SFA (2/Title, D. Adams) - Make title amendment.
