AN ACT relating to civil actions.
     Amend KRS 411.130, 411.150. 413.140, and 413.180 and create a new section in KRS Chapter 413.090 to 413.160 to provide a two year limitations period in which to bring a wrongful death action and to allow noneconomic damages to be awarded in wrongful death actions; amend KRS 411.145 to allow children of any age to claim loss of consortium.
