AN ACT relating to insurance.
Amend KRS 304.17A-410 to include claims paid on behalf of deceased individuals, which were incurred while the individual was a GAP enrollee, within the definition of "guaranteed acceptance program plan claims".

HFA (1, B. DeWeese) - Provide that a guaranteed acceptance program plan claim means the dollar amount of benefits paid by an insurer on behalf of a guaranteed acceptance plan enrollee for claims that were incurred while the individual was a guaranteed acceptance program plan enrollee.
