AN ACT relating to telephone services for household goods movers.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 278 to require telephone companies to either deny new service to, or disconnect existing service to, any person who the Transportation Cabinet has filed documentation against with the Public Service Commission and the telephone company, establishing that the person is using the telephone to advertise as a moving company and that the person has not been issued a household goods certificate under KRS 281.624.
