AN ACT relating to the State Investment Commission.
     Amend KRS 42.500 to state that one of the individuals appointed by the Governor to the State Investment Commission shall be selected from a list of five persons submitted by the Bluegrass Bankers Association, Inc., rather than the Independent Community Bankers Association.
