AN ACT relating to school district employees health insurance.
     Amend KRS 161.158 to provide that attorneys, hired by the district board of education to provide legal advice on a regular basis, shall be deemed employees for the purpose of participating in the district's group health insurance plans, at the discretion of the district board of education.
