AN ACT relating to state employees.
     Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 18A to delete the probationary period requirement for a laid-off employee who receives a bona fide offer of employment; authorize the Personnel Cabinet to provide legal services outside the cabinet upon request; provide that an employee who is terminated during the probationary period may be placed on the eligible employee list.
