AN ACT relating to reporting on capital projects.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 45 to require the chief information officer to report quarterly to the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee on the status of any information technology system which was funded or authorized but not yet completed, except for postsecondary education systems; amend KRS 26A.168 to require the committee to prescribe data elements for the Administrative Office of the Courts to use when reporting an incomplete court facilities projects; amend KRS 45.793 to require the Finance and Administration Cabinet and any postsecondary education institution managing its own capital construction projects to make quarterly status reports to the committee of specified data components.
