AN ACT relating to kidnapping.
Amend KRS 532.025 relating to the death penalty to allow a sentence of death for kidnapping and to allow kidnapping to serve as an aggravating circumstance in a murder prosecution.
HB 610 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Webb) - Add new language to subsection (1) and create a new section amending KRS 640.040 to prevent otherwise eligible offenders under the age of eighteen from being eligible for the death penalty.
HFA (2, R. Webb) - Add new language to subsection (1) to prevent offenders under the age of eighteen from being eligible for the death penalty.
