AN ACT relating to the closure of public offices.
Amend KRS 61.160 to allow a county clerk to close the clerk's office to all non-election related business on election days.
HB 611 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1, A. Robinson) - Provide that on any election day, a county clerk may restrict, rather than close, his or her office to all business except that related to the election and the provision of access to permanent records of legal instruments.
SCA (2/Title, A. Robinson) - Make title amendment.
