AN ACT relating to appointments to boards and commissions in a consolidated local government.
     Amend KRS 67C.103 to permit the legislative council the power to provide advice and consent on the appointment to all commissions, boards, and similar entities to the mayor in a consolidated local government; and amend KRS 67C.105 to require the consent of the legislative council for mayoral appointments to all commissions, boards, and similar entities in a consolidated local government and state that all appointments should reflect the diversity of citizens within the consolidated local government.
