     AN ACT relating to worker's compensation.
     Amend KRS 342.122 (4) to permit the Worker's Compensation Funding Commission's Board of Directors to waive the 10 year ban, on a case by case basis, if a group self-insurance association petitions to change the method by which the association reports its premiums and has assessments computed.
