AN ACT relating to criminal justice records.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 17 relating to criminal justice reporting to provide that a Uniform Offense Report or its successor cannot contain a UOR number or classification that is not supported by a specific KRS provision; create a new section of KRS Chapter 27A relating to the Administrative Office of the Courts to provide that a Circuit Clerk or the AOC shall not report that an act was an act of domestic violence unless a court judgment so specifies; require circuit clerk and AOC to adhere to the Uniform Offense Report provisions.
