AN ACT relating to highways.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to allow a county, by resolution of the fiscal court, to lower the weight or speed limits on a state highway with a weight limit of up to 44,000 pounds, subject to approval by the Transportation Cabinet, provide that the county bear the cost of installing and maintaining signs required by any changes made under the section, and set limits on minimum weight load reduction; amend KRS 189.230, 189.272, 189.280, and 189.990 to conform.
